Beet and Apple Cider Vinegar Shot

To change from the DOSE Juice’s Gut shot, I have created a new alternative ! 

Made from DOSE – Samba juice, the amount of vitamin A and C in this beverage is very interesting. Plus, adding some lemon and lime juice increases the vitamin C intake. 

Why adding apple cider vinegar? This vinegar, made from fermented apple juice, has an excellent reputation for its many benefits. Among other things, it would help stimulate digestion, regulate blood sugar level and give a natural little “boost” of energy. 

The taste of beet remains predominant, as does the sweet taste of apple, carrot and orange! Despite the ingredients added to the juice, the taste remains sweet and delicious. You might even want to take more than a shot … (It’s okay, don’t worry;))! 

Ingredients (5 shots) 

  • 300 ml of DOSE – Samba juice 
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice 
  • 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar 
  • Juice of one lime 
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup 

Preparation

1. Add all the ingredients to an airtight container and mix. 

The recipe gives 360 ml or 5 shots of 70 ml. In an airtight container, place in the refrigerator, the juice will keep for up to 4 days.
