For the occasion, I decided to create a hot beverages classic, the golden milk! What is a golden milk? It’s a hot and warm drink made with milk, turmeric, black pepper and other spices. A perfect drink to warm you up at any time of the day.
Very simple and easy to make, this recipe is perfect. Thanks to Dose Juice Digestive Boost, there is no need to have turmeric, black pepper or even ginger at home since all of these ingredients are already in the boost. So this is a great way to drink the Digestive Boost if you want to enjoy all its flavors without wincing!
I think golden milk is perfect to be drinking right before bed or while watching a good movie. It makes a change from teas and herbal teas. You will see that it is a very cozy and comforting beverage!

Ingredients for the golden milk
- One shot of Digestive Boost – Dose Juice
- 1 cup of organic cane coconut milk*
- 1 cup of water
- One cinnamon stick
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup **
* Organic coconut milk has a much richer and creamier texture.
** For a sweeter drink, add maple syrup!
Preparation
- 1. Put all the ingredients, except the maple syrup, in a small saucepan.
- 2. Heat the milk over medium heat (without bringing to boil). When the milk begins to simmer, lower the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
- 3. Add the maple syrup, mix and serve!
Tip: Golden milk is better when consumed immediately.Â
