Le Zesty Mocktail
When you do not drink alcohol, the holiday season might be filled with a few “ah, no thank you, I do not drink” or “no, no, I am not pregnant… I just do not drink”. Instead of having to explain the reasoning behind your life choices, why not simply hand them a delicious Mocktail. With this tasty recipe, you’ll have a wonderful alcohol-free holiday season – no questions asked.
3.5 oz (100 m)l of Zest
3.5 oz (100 ml) of Perrier or any carbonated water
Frozen raspberries (as much as you want)
A slice of orange
Top with crushed ice
Le Zesty
½ oz St-Germain liquor
1 ½ oz Ungava dry gin
1 dash Angostura orange bitters
3 oz Zest
Shake with ice
Fill drinking glass
Add new ice
Top with cherry (we used sweet Italian cherries in syrup)
Hey Taxi
Dash of Angostura orange bitters
2 oz Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka
3 oz Taxi
Stir in stirring glass with ice
Fill drinking glass
Top with crushed ice
Garnish with raspberries and lime wedge
