Nutrition is closely related to health, wellbeing and energy… and one thing all health experts seem to agree on is that it’s very important (read: essential) to consume vegetables.
That’s why we created our beginner green juice challenge. People need to consume more greens but don’t necessarily take the time to do it. We think that drinking a Cactus a day for 2 weeks is a great way to help you get more vitamins & minerals coming from veggies & fruits!
People who already like green juice made with apple will love this challenge.
CACTUS recipe: apple, cucumber, celery, kale, lemon, spinach, parsley, ginger, chlorophyll. It’s an adaption of Joe Cross’ famous juice recipe that you can see in the 2011 documentary Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. This movie follows Joe during his quest for a better nutrition. He only consumes green juice for 60 days and the results are amazing. Go watch it, it’s on Netflix.
Is it a cleanse?
No, our beginner green juice challenge pack is not a cleanse, you can eat your regular meals during the challenge. We recommend drinking CACTUS on an empty stomach to kickstart your days and eat after drinking it. Of course, try to eat healthy!
