Cher - Me donne la diarrhée

Je suis suivie par une praticienne en nutrition fonctionnelle et en santé holistique qui m'a fortement conseillé de boire des shots de curcuma et de gingembre. Comme c'était un enfer à préparer sans tout tacher dans ma cuisine, j'ai opté pour les shots de Dose.

Malheureusement, en plus d'être cher (Honnêtement, qui peut payer 150 $ par mois juste pour ça?), ces shots me donnent instantanément la diarrhée. Pour ne pas les gaspiller, j'en bois maintenant seulement la moitié d'un chaque matin. Malgré ce changement, ce n'est pas parfait, disons...

Pour le goût, je n'ai pas vraiment de problème avec celui-ci. C'est comme un jus d'orange un peu suret. Bref, pour moi, ce n'est pas une expérience concluante!
