Yes, since our juices do not contain any preservatives, they need to be put in the fridge as soon as you receive your order.

We offer you various juice cleanses that consist of drinking 10 juices/day to replace the majority of your meals and snacks. A cleanse guide will be sent with the order.

We guarantee a minimum of 30 days when you receive your juices. The expiry date is written on the bottle.

Avoid coffee and any processed foods – opt for herbal tea and lots of water instead. If you feel hungry, listen to your body, you can eat raw fruits and vegetables and nuts.

The goal is not to lose weight. Many of our customers choose to do a cleanse when they feel bloated or when they want to stop eating bad and start on a healthier basis.

This is the 5 day and yes it looks like a lot because it is a lot, but fit perfectly in a new kitty litter tray with cardboard dividers,
All organized in order of use;
Just grab from left to.right and the info slip is in the tray also.

Even spots for the extra shots I have on hand.

I purchased juices for a 5-day intermediate cleanse, and I found it relatively easy to go through it. It was my first time trying a cleanse, although I eat relatively well in general. The juices were great, kept me going throughout my day, I ate a banana and nuts if I felt really hungry but overall I think the 10 daily DOSE juices were very fulfilling as meal replacements. If I could afford it, I would do this monthly !!
